  • Pros

  • We were very lucky to find LeaddSquared the other almost identical services at a fraction of the cost. Their customer service is fantastic and you really feel they want to help you grow your business.
  • As an agency, you can enjoy some fantastic features and benefits. Would highly recommend this software.
  • LeadSquared has been exceptionally good and has been evolving continuously to give us more features and options. My teams love the ease of use, the design and the continuously evolving new features.
  • Cons

  • Server issues most of the time. May loose the lead activities.
  • Fast in taking money - all advance for 6 months - prepaid - no option to really test for a month or 2 before you really buy their service. After Purchase no delivery of the end product.
  • Long Implementation and Setup Process, Poor Support.

  • We have particularly loved the guest interface and the ease to switch over from our existing systems. We also really appreciate the help desk feature and get responses to our queries quickly.
  • We have had a great experience. It has served our small company well and customer service has been fantastic.
  • The software is so easy to use, just like you want it to be. For me it is just what I need for managing about 60 listings and also the price is fair.
  • Cons

  • This is bitter as most other tools have it. But it is in their pipeline, so this is just a temporary disadvantage.
  • Uplisting is trying to drive multiple booking sites, all with different interfaces and assumptions. It exposes what it can do for you, even if the result is inconsistent.
  • I can tie IFTTT into my spreadsheet and then do other things like drop my property's thermostats to an "away" mode to keep from wasting heat in the winter when I don't have guests.
