Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It's great! It's always easy to log in, simple to navigate, customizable... Love it!

  • It is simple and easy to use. Search feature just improved and it is awesome. Easy to use on phone or desktop.

  • Cons

  • - lack of language supported (only English) - Support on Apple is not as good (some features not working) - Support from Maximizer is good, but it might come with a charge

  • It needs a ton of updating! It's useable, but isn't pretty looking.

  • Pros

  • Love this CRM due to the fact it is so easy to use. The training really is self explanatory and I LOVE the reports it can run.

  • Very Easy to use. It can fill almost every need we need

  • Cons

  • Not the prettiest software to look at but gets the job done.

  • Can not fill every need for automation. Many items required manual notes be added
