### About MortgageHalo

MortgageHalo from Halo Programs is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solution designed for the residential mortgage industry. It includes automated marketing on behalf of loan officers to their prospects, referral partners and borrowers. All leads generated are exclusive to the LO.

The CRM keeps track of clients’ mortgage needs and sends notifications to LOs whenever their client needs a new mortgage or has a referral. Client satisfaction surveys with Net Promoter Score are built in, along with executive reporting. The surveys also generate testimonials that clients can share on social media.

The online reputation management feature help lenders build social proof. The built-in vendor-managed automation helps lenders increase customer retention, generate new business opportunities, and drive down the cost to originate loans. It also allows banks to drive more CRA business with native geo-targeting and demographic targeting features.

The ClientTracker feature generates leads for pre-approvals and new mortgages. The CRM is also connected to a custom online storefront for the lender, where approved postcards, flyers and emails are set up for LOs to send. It of...

Strong for Mortgage & Beyond

I have been using Continuity, now MortgageHalo, since 2013, and it has been a foundational part of building the mortgage operation at First State Bank. What separates MortgageHalo from every other platform I evaluated is the depth of its reach across an organization. We did not limit it to the mortgage department. We expanded the platform to our branch managers, allowing them to strengthen and maintain customer relationships through the same system. That level of flexibility and integration across a bank’s structure is rare and speaks to how thoughtfully the platform was designed. The automated relationship marketing works consistently in the background, keeping our lenders and branch teams engaged with clients and referral partners without creating additional administrative burden. For a lending operation growing at the pace ours has, that consistency and scalability are critical. What stands out most, however, is the partnership behind the product. When I provide feedback or suggest improvements, the MortgageHalo team listens and responds. That level of responsiveness is uncommon among vendors and creates a true sense of collaboration and shared investment in success. For bank leaders looking for a relationship marketing platform that can scale beyond the mortgage department and support relationship development across the entire organization, MortgageHalo deserves serious consideration.

No CRM Admin Needed!

I have been using MortgageHalo since 2016 when it launched as MGIC Elements, first at Sunset Bank and now at Westbury Bank after the acquisition. When I walked the new executive team through what MortgageHalo does for the mortgage division, they approved it on the spot. It was the easiest ask I have ever made to bank leadership, and they saw the value immediately.   MortgageHalo works for me. MortgageHalo sends stuff to all my 5,000 plus contacts, the platform works at scale without missing a beat. It pulls data directly from Encompass. We started with the SDK and have already upgraded to the new Ice API, so everything feeds in automatically and the campaigns go out without anyone on my team having to manage them.   Every week I get listing alerts and hot leads. Every month I get surveys, testimonials, and future lead opportunities surfacing from my database. This is not a system you have to tend to, no admin needed. It works for you consistently, in the background, at an enterprise level.   If you are a mortgage leader at a bank or credit union evaluating CRM platforms, this is the one. I have been using Continuity Programs now MortgageHalo - since 2013, across 3 different financial institutions. It is amazing how it runs in the background automatically, pulling records from Encompass and sending all campaigns out on my behalf. I get listing alerts, hot leads, and testimonials every week. Customers and referral partners reply all the time to content that was sent out for me without me lifting a finger. I have helped the same customers repeatedly, and now I am helping their kids. That is what consistent, long-term relationship marketing does. It is a no-brainer. I hardly ever need to contact support, but when I do, they fix issues fast. The best thing about MyCRMDashboard is that it's a hands-free - a great way to stay in touch with customers without tying up you resources. The ClientTracker generates mortgages leads by scrubbing the national change of address database and CP sends postcards to the new addresses.

Cons:

There should be a section of the CRM dashboard that tracks what marketing material that is being sent out and it should notify users whenever new material is added. However, Continuity Program's team is extremely responsive and helpful; upon request, they will send you the current marketing material.
