Easy to use and always adjusting in favor of the user and customer.
Quicker processing time.
PROSWhether using a PC or a smart phone it is quick and efficient. Our employee users love it over our old embedded equipment system.
CONSI can only think of one thing that I like least about the software that is not knowing the full capabilities of new updates when they are released.

netPark is essential to our small business. They are extremely helpful, and their product is no. 1.
Its an all encompassing program. Helps with financials, organizing the garage, controlling inventory, taking reservations, sending out emails, adding services for the customers, and much more.
PROSIt is an all encompassing parking system that integrates third party sources, provides great services for our customers, and allows us to organize our 800 car garage efficiently. Their reservation module is perfect for our customers to book reservations, use promo codes, and more.
CONSHard to say exactly. There are no major flaws, only small little adjustments/improvements that could be made to help make the program more specific to our operation.

NetPark has greatly improved our parking software experience
We like having everything in one place. The interface is fairly intuitive. The reporting is comprehensive and user friendly.
CONSSome programming that we'd like to do isn't possible, or can be very confusing, but I recognize that we may be trying to do things that no one else does. The support team is responsive and very helpful.

Made from people in the parking business, who know the ins and outs. That makes it very easy when it comes to explaining your needs
CONSGetting a report fixed, i.e. Projected inventory Report its been at least 6 months STILL NOT WORKING RIGHT.
