  • Pros

  • Ease of viewing/searching opportunities and quotes. Ability to create reports tailored to my needs.
  • Oracle CRMoD is a critical tool in our global enterprise. It not only tracks and manages opportunities very well but we have it integrated to our quotes to save duplicate data entry, etc.
  • Cons

  • It is difficult because there are so many different things to do with the tools.
  • The user interface was not very easy to understand at first. There should be no reason to enter things multiple times.

  • Extension built in makes is efficient to acquire contact info at that precise moment.
  • Ease of use & searching by Linkedin URL is Awesome. The internal search function is really good too.
  • Cons

  • Some emails that are marked as verified, still bounce indicating the account is no longer in use. This happens only abut 10% of the time.
  • Initially I found the interface to be somewhat confusing, but was able to quickly get the hang of it.
