I love Potion!

PROS

We started using Potion and saw immediate results. We got more demo's booked earlier in our outbound sequences and landed some huge clients as a direct result of Potion. The product is works great and personalizes each prospect's video, each of my team is automatedly sending more than a thousand Potion Videos a week. The onboarding process was 10/10, Potion project managed my whole team's set up and was/is incredibly responsive. They really understand the sales process and gave great consultative advice throughout on all things related to the Potion Videos and our sales content and approach as a whole - and they still check in with me regularly. We're expanding our use of Potion company-wide and I would strongly recommend it to anyone looking to increase their company's revenue

CONS

We were beta users of the product so there were a few bugs when starting out, but they have since been fixed. The support team was great at getting things taken care of quickly.

Potion is the New Way

Our team was able to engage with "enterprise" level accounts in a way no one else was. This enabled us to improve our lead to meeting by 2x. We all\so improved the amount of days a lead converted into a sales opportunity from months to days. Adding a human element and a face to the messaging - while also being very tailored is key.

PROS

The software is very easy to use without any hand holding. That said the onboarding process and customer service is top notch when it comes to support.

CONS

As with any new software - new features are always an awesome thing to look forward to. Nothing I like least per se but looking for more features down the line.

Reasons for switching to Potion

The ability to offer dynamic video (at scale) was key to this move.

BEWARE: Cannot Get Out Of Free Trial

Companies like Potion have the potential to win. Just do the right thing. If your product isn't good enough, let your users easily cancel. Keep working to iterate the product to the point where clients don't want to leave rather than hiding the cancel button on the account dashboard and ignoring customer support email requests.

PROS

Potion has a lot of great potential as a software such as personalized video outreach and easy to navigate dashboard.

CONS

Wanted to try out the software to see how it measures up in terms of accuracy of facial recognition with AI features with the intent to purely learn more about the software. Their offer of a free trial for 7 days made it a no brainer to explore the features of the software. However, I was very displeased once I had attempted to cancel the trial as there was no button in the dashboard to cancel the account. You could only downgrade. I immediately reached out to customer support once discovering this. Unfortunately, they never responded so now I must spend extra time to remove this inadvertent charge with my bank.

Saves so much time creating personalized videos!

My overall experience has been very positive and I've received great response to my videos.

PROS

I love that Potion walks me through step by step and gives me a ton of personalization opens including a CTA.

CONS

I provided some feedback to Potion about the time it took to generate thumbnails... it was addressed the same day! Amazing!

The onboarding process is amazing, we loved the Potion team that worked with us

Very easy to use platform that helps personalize videos fast. The whole team is enjoying how seamless the experience is.

PROS

Amazing integration into many platforms making sales outreach much less tedious. The personalization choices are awesome. Cold outreach becomes much easier utilizing a tool like Potion.

CONS

Had a problem occur on my end with integration because of my computer settings, but the potion team reached out immediately to help solve it.

Scalable video allows me to prospect to hundreds of leads every day in a personalized manner with a single video. It's a game changer - the amount of responses I get from cold outreach is wild!

CONS

Would love to see the scalable feature be expanded to audio only videos.

Awesome video prospecting tool!

It's really easy to use and the onboarding was seamless. The Potion team is really great to work with.

PROS

With Potion, I can make one video and the end result is a personalized message to each of my prospects. Our BDR team books twice as many demos, has fun doing it and their videos are viewed multiple times.

CONS

My only wish is that we implemented it sooner.

A must for cold video outreach at scale!

PROS

It's incredible how Potion uses A.I. to personalize each video. It looks and sounds like you've actually recorded each video, individually. The customer service from [sensitive content hidden] was also exceptional.

CONS

Initially, my colour settings for the landing page were not being saved. This was quickly resolved by the team. The entire platform is now very smooth.
