Great Software
Overall I loved Pulse. Some of the other employees found it too complicated and liked other programs better.
PROSOur office tried out Pulse mainly for reminders and task management and it worked very well.
CONSI think had we used it longer we would have really liked it. However, the company decided on a different product.

So much functionality with only one tool!
Highly recommend! You can likely eliminate one or more other products you are using to save even more money, let alone the huge efficiency gains.
PROSWhat I like best about Pulse is that you have 3 (at least) separate automation systems all on one platform and, of course, that means they all talk to each other seamlessly without the need for human interaction.
CONSHonestly, the only thing I can think of is to continue expanding the interfaces and functionality. It is already amazing but, being greedy, we want more. :)

Awesome mobile
Pulse allows easy access to see labor percentages and live sales. Love it and would recommend to all.
PROSI love the mobile app. I use it daily to look up statistics to fill out daily reports at job. Also, you can see what employees are clocked in/out which is useful.
CONSThe ios app differs slightly from the android app. I wish they were both exactly the same for consistency between management.

Both Simple and Expansive
The client service is exceptional, the way under promised and over delivered. :))
PROSWe were able to eliminate 3 other tools to have all in one place. Very customizable, allowing to automate many steps and eliminate unnecessary clicks
CONSIt is a little more robust than we were using, and will take a little time to get full use of this powerhouse program.

Pulse is pretty good
Usually easy to connect to and keeps connection secure.
CONSDo have problems now and then connecting, but nothing too bad.
