Customers support is particularly good. We now actually use the CRM intuitively instead of it gathering dust and collecting contacts.

It is perfect If you do not want to enter Data all the time but run a sales Pipeline. Salesflare claims to just adds Value without requiring to invest time in making this possible.

Managing Clients through email and spreadsheets was getting chaos at RTIwala Services. Whereas other CRMs are too complex to understand and use.

Nothing as such but slightly difficult learning graph and no addon for Outlook.com is another disappointment as such.

It all is held together by the Customer support, which is lovely to work with and provides tons of clear, useful advices and...well support.

Lack of online scheduling tool with my leads similar to Calendly. The tool only reports that an email was opened but it doesn't exactly tell you who opened the email.

Some times we have difficulties with the reports function. We found some troubles with planning tools and the synchronization with the software.

I really like the fact I can quickly filter data, so if I want to list all members and what activities they are interested in,  it's just a couple of clicks and I have what I need.

There are too many tabs and it's confusing. If I put in a part number, only a portion shows in the tab.

It has taken awhile for the installation and setup - meaning that we are unable to use workbooks yet, because of problems with the initial setup with workbooks.
