- Salesforce is a really great product I loved the tools used and tips to help you create sales and serve better for customers.
- Salesforce is the best customer relationship management tool in the market right now. The best thing I like about this software is the features.
Cons
- It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.
- There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.
Pros
- Once custom dash boards are made, it becomes easy to navigate and report from the Insights Dash. Easy of use with regards to filters & timelines.
- Its user friendly, realtime data at your finger tipes. We implemented this software more than 2 years ago and it make a huge impact on our business.
Cons
- The only problem we have is sometime we cant take photos is you in a bad signal store. Can you tell us what we can do to overcome the problem.
- I don't specifically have any dislikes, it's just there are a lot of updates but that comes with any app if you want to fix bugs.
