Solved 90 Percent of Issues I Had With Other CRM's

Price wise I haven't found a better system. I was previously using spreadsheets and crunching data with They offer a ton of internal tools that lowered my businesses overhead just by switching to them because I was able to get rid of other software that was needed. Skywave has helped me make my business more profitable by allowing me to automate a lot of things I use to pay employees for.

PROS

Workflow Status Configuration: Set up your own custom statuses. Once you have one created, choose which statuses will be offered to your users when a case file is in that status. This forces users input and helps to reduce workflow errors that result in files that get categorized incorrectly. Workflow Status Next Steps: There's a button offered within each client's case file called "Move To Next Status". When clicked, the file will move to whatever statuses was set as a next step for the status the file is currently in. This is particularly useful when the file meets all the criteria needed to go to the next workflow status and there is no issues stopping it from moving forward. Automations Galore: Once you have your statuses set up with your workflow, you can begin creating Actions. When you create an action you go inside it and add individual tasks that you want to happen automatically on the case file. Then you take that action and tie it to a status. Now when the file is placed in that status it will run that action and all the tasks it contains. Timed Actions: My personal favorite. When you have an action created, you can have that action run immediately or delay it before running. Set the number of days you would like to delay before the action runs. This allows you to set up email drip campaigns and delay any system action as well. I've mainly used this for Nurture Campaigns to drip emails to potential customers that didn't become client's the first time we spoke.

CONS

Feature Placement: It may just be my opinion but sometimes when you would like to set up multiple automations you will have to navigate back and forth to different pages because you need to see how the automation is currently set up and flowing in order to set up the next automation. You may have to open a few tabs to get the right environment to brainstorm. Not really a big deal once you become more familiar with it. Practice Makes Perfect: This system is a bit more advanced than your average CRM and will require getting familiar with it before your creative side can take over. Once you learn the fundamentals of Skywave CRM, your creativity will pick up and you can start thinking through the automation pretty quickly and implementing them in minutes.

Reason for choosing Skywave CRM

I wanted an all in one system to manage my client's, payments, emails, text messages, notifications, etc... Skywave took the time with me to set up the system the way i needed in the beginning. They offered multiple trainings and they answered all my questions fast and efficiently. I felt comfortable that they would continue to assist me if I needed their help.

Reasons for switching to Skywave CRM

The upkeep with the formulas was becoming too much to handle. Formulas were being changed accidentally which was breaking my sheets and stopping them from working correctly.

Working with Skywave has Changed our Business

Skywave has made managing a large portfolio of clients possible with far less staff which made our business tighter, leaner, and more streamlined. Skywave handles a lot of necessities with clients and documents through automation. The more we automated the system the better our clients experience was. A system will always do the same thing over and over again if you set it up to be that way. People are inconsistent and will often send the same answer in written communication in several different ways to clients. Now depending on the situation that can be a good or a bad thing. What we have noticed is that certain processes dont require human interaction and where human interaction is not needed we lean on Skywave to handle that part of the process for us through configuring the system to provide the desired results we are looking for.

PROS

The flexibility of the system is what I liked most. Being able to customize almost every feature of the system to work within our business model and allow us to maintain and monitor our employees from the USA to the Philippines would not have been possible without a system as dynamic as Skywave. Also, the functionality of the system makes it very simple to find what you are looking for and target specific data points within a pool of data that is stored within the software. The user experience is very clean and efficient once you learn how dynamic the system really is and how customizable it is to fit your needs without needing further software updates and development to meet your criteria. The development team has been phenomenal when it comes to utilizing previous software of current software within our organization and utilizing an API to connect both systems so our phone systems, messaging platforms, and various other software could link up to the system. Once I realized that skywave could offer all of these platforms in one that was the game-changer for us. Being able to have all your software needs met by one company and housed by one company at an affordable rate that is higher quality and less expensive than other software services made partnering with Skywave a simple decision for myself, my company, and my future endeavors.

CONS

The most difficult part about the software would be determining how you want to connect everything. Once you have it mapped out and you understand the software and how to apply it to your business that is no longer a con. It becomes a pro of the system. Its just taking the time to make sure that you map out what your goals and use for the system are going to be. The system itself is only as good as the administrator and trainers controlling the implemenation of the Skywave to the organization. If you have a solid team that knows how to implement tools and software and takes time to make sure that things are set up right the first time before implementing then Skywave isnt going to have too many cons that I can think of. I guess the only other con would be new development can take time depending on the request. The system is capable of handling so much that new development can take time depending on how many different areas of the system will need to be changed. Everything separate part of the system or tool in the system works well in its ecosystem because they connect in some fashion which is what make the user experience seamless, but that also means more time to ensure that a new feature that you want to connect to many different areas in the system isnt always going to be done over night.

Glad We Got It

I consider myself a very active user/administrator whom loves to be involved in development and implementation of any crm. I found this crm to be very user friendly and helps tremendously in implementing efficiencies and reducing some cost. If you struggle with finding solutions on how to manage anything or coming up with ideas how to follow thru with a specific outcome, Skywave customer support is there to provide options and help you create it. You can customize a lot you simply need to plan ahead.

PROS

All in one crm. Instant interaction with client's responses and documents thru e-mail and texting thru the crm itself! Ability to automate at least half of the workload, once you understand the flow, and adding new automations as you keep learning the system. Great, detailed reports. Allowing our company to provide a user friendly client portal.

CONS

Struggled with the integration/functions of their phone system, ended opting out of this feature. Wished some basic customization was open to modifications by user/administrators rather than needing to request it all the time to customer support. Example; customizing sequence of fields or even eliminating un used fields to industry specific. Or to have the ability to self map document templates or modify them.

Reason for choosing Skywave CRM

Not only because it is all in one crm and met 90% of what we were looking for but also because we had the support of Skywave's team to make the transition less of a head ache. It was phenomenal!
