Slate is great at taking different types of required application materials (i.e. PDFs, videos, audio, etc.).

Slate InBox has been a game changer for our customer service efforts. We can quickly assign questions and get them answered, as well as document the interaction.

Both its ease of use from a functionality standpoint as well as how encompassing and fully formed of a CRM it is.

I also was confused by the chat or social piece up top. I'm not sure why people would use an admissions app to be social.

There's a lot of scrolling, and no way to jump down to the bottom of application item lists, which can actually take up a lot of time.

Slate is by far the most comprehensive and powerful tool on the market for managing student information.

I've found that Slate has its own jargon, and it's sometimes hard to find definitions/what those terms mean outside of Slate. But that's really my only complaint.

This has on rare occasion resulted in me losing work. But the net time Slate has saved me is so high that I consider this a very minor inconvenience.

They do make lots of enhancements, if that can be a negative.

Great at tracking communications with applicants.

Layout is ok, not terrible but not super pleasing. Could use a little bit of style and colour.

Slate has a very clear user interface and it's easy to learn how to use, whether you have experience building forms and queries or not.

Slate is a fantastic applications portal and management system for higher education. It's flexible and customizable in a way that provides consistency.

Not only is the system easy to use, but just the breadth of scope it brings to our organization from a general functionality standpoint is both refreshing and welcome.

Overall, we're extremely satisfied with Slate and we're happy we went with it, but it hasn't always been easy.

There are SO MANY things that we never would've been able to do with our previous CRM. We haven't regretted the switch for one second.

Worst Advancement/Fundraising Tool on the Market.

The unlimited licenses, the easily accessed data/reporting, the ability to quickly segment your audience in so! many! ways. Really, Slate has made our lives so much better.

The product sells itself as evidenced by the lack of sales staff that Technolutions has. It is very intuitive, has great customer support, and a vibrant user community.

I like the ease of viewing or participating in a webinar with numerous other people. Service is always good, easy to interact with others, etc.

This is a very good software for meetings and it is secure  and fast comparing to Zoom and Teams. Their customer support are really great too.

It provide all the features of a program that is used for conducting meetings and webinar and the best thing about using cisco is their security. The video & audio quality is good.

The best in its cataogory, screenshare, call quality, the call recording is perfect, whiteboard notes are a big plus.

If the connection is bad, then you will get crackling videos and audios. That is very challenging when you are on the road.

The thing that i hated using this application that it was taking a hell lot of time to connect. A number of time It stopped showing the picture while someone is representing.

It wasn't and they updated for the same or worst. The product is not user-friendly.

A good tool for professional meetings and screenshares, but not the most cost effective.

It is best secure and convenient platform that provide great user interface and easy options to handle meetings.

Sometimes the connection is terrible and it’s hard to hear people and see them. I sometimes have to revert to calling into the meeting on my phone.

The ability to schedule meetings with remote team members is fantastic. Also, the screenshare option is very helpful at times.

Its free if you use it as a guest or if you want to hold a meeting with small number of attenders, video quality is good, and implemintation of the software is easy.

As a new user, I found it to be safe and quite adept. The quality, even on not the best internet speed, is very good.

This software is perfect for when my sales people hold webinars with prospective clients. The flexibility and functionality is great for what we need it for.

Overall, this program is great to have the tech help without someone needing to come out to our location.

I like its screen sharing feature most, easy to use and good quality sharing, easy to give control to others while screen share.

Being a Cisco product, WebEx also has superb Enterprise integrations which are super handy.

It is not working properly on mobile phones. Sometimes, I have problems with my computer (not with software) and I try to use Webex on my mobile phone.

I dislike the fact that there is no way to create headings or topics for conversations. It is easy to loose conversations because of that.

I had a very positive experience with WebEx. As I mentioned above, the greatest benefit to me and my past employer was revenue and the prospects of more of it.

It was a great experience start to finish. Great customer service and ease of implementing into organization.

I often use this software for community engagement presentations to members of my community as a legal advocate. I highly recommend it so an effective tool for virtual presentations.

This tool, designed for businesses, was not ideal to use from the perspective of a student. It has an odd interface and was constantly running in the background on my phone which was very annoying.

I really liked how you can set up and organize meeting quickly and easily. The quality of the software is very good.

The only problem is the consistent reminder. It becomes irritating after a while.

This software is great and is worth the investment. Especially during the pandemic when we can't have meetings with large numbers of people.

It is super easy to use on my PC or mobile device. There are also tons of interactive tools so that your guests can participate and the layout is easy on the eyes and attractive.

The connection quality is always superb, and it is possible to set up seamless integration with devices in physical meeting rooms.

It has interesting functionalities and its very user friendly to use. I like that simplicity and the privacy it has.

In general this software is very good and it has a good integration with other systems.
