Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • We evaluated several products however this one had it all. It was easy to purchase, configure and implement. Has great reporting features and dashboards.

  • The system is very intuitive and user friendly. I like the idea that users can open a ticket only via the e-mail.

  • Cons

  • The only issues I would say crop up sometimes is support. On the occasion that I run into an issue, I have had trouble getting the support I need.

  • It sometimes feels cluttered but there are so many features we have enabled, I'm not sure if it's possible to avoid the clutter.

  • Pros

  • The cadence is fantastic. Helps keep me organized with leads and integrates with other software. Very clean interface that's easy to understand.

  • It's intelligent, easy to use, and useful. I'll be sure to follow it for a long time and recommend to others.

  • Cons

  • Sometimes it is a little too advanced, but it's nothing we have not been able to overcome.

  • It can be annoying at times and it doesn't have the smarts to know the less obvious things about a contact. It would be great if it could work off of "soft" intel.
