If you need that extra specific configuration to make your process better, The Shining Brow Service Manager should be first on your list. Very AGILE!

PROS

Shining Brow's support is extremely fast, and they are the most responsive when it comes to configuration and enhancements.

CONS

I have not found anything negative.
