Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • very easy to use. easy to load resumes and search key words. great place to keep track of recruiting information.

  • The software has so much functionality and the customer service is exceptional. They listen to ideas fromt heir customers who use the product daily to make it better and more efficient.

  • Cons

  • Currently, the look and feel of the product is a little dated, but it seems like the next update will modernize the software to be more in line with competitors.

  • The only con would be the user who doesn't use the software to its maximum potential. Only con might be that it's not super intuitive but the capability is there.

  • Pros

  • The product is customizable and affordable. The customer service is prompt and thorough.

  • Workbooks is quite easy to use and provide a high level of flexibility and control in reporting and configuration

  • Cons

  • The reporting element can be a little overwhelming but the support received is second to none. Other than that it is great!

  • The only area we would like to see improved is Case handling. I think the software could be a little more intuitive and automated when is comes to customer communications.
