So far, we could not be happier with the service we receive on a routine basis from Noah and Jillian, and the good folks at Tracker. The system offers us far more capability than what we had grown accustomed to with our old system. Cons: Some of the fields are baked in and you’re not able to remove them or change them. I would not say this is par for the course. It’s really only a select few you are not able to modify or remove.
