uberVU is a social media monitoring solution built to manage your company's presence from all aspects: engagement, analytics, social automation and collaboration. Working with popular names such as Microsoft, BBDO, and Paypal, uberVU gives companies the tools to gather sound insight about their brand, industry and competition.
This web-based system was designed to pull data from multiple platforms and combine it into one easily accessible, social intelligence dashboard. Signals is their feature that scans mentions and conversations of your brand. It recognizes actionable information like trending stories and spikes in volume, and mentions from influencers. From there, it helps you prepare for your next action and set alerts to track the response.
We really like the advanced tools they have for maximizing engagement with your audience. Their analytics help users detect when most fans are online and uncover opportunities to get the right information in front of them. uberVU suggests popular content to share that is pertinent to your industry. Their Influencers tool identifies personalities who are already participating in the conversation and Smart Scheduling automatically times your posts to position them in front of the largest audience.
uberVU is priced based on streams, not number of users or mentions. It is a great fit for businesses across markets looking for a software that will help them manage and track their social media efforts from every angle.

Logging into uberVU is the first thing I do every morning. In the time it takes for me to finish my first cup of coffee, I can view my Signals dashboard, check on assigned tasks, and see key metrics.
The cost. Yes it's worth it, but when budgets are small it's a premium priced tool that many users will never get the chance to use.
Stop looking, scrape together the budget to get the basics and go from there. The time saved managing multiple social media profiles, consolidated reporting, scheduled reports and assigning of tasks more than pays for it self. Tip, if you are paying a high priced agency to monitor your social media there is an excellent chance this is the tool being used.

The low cost pricing was the best thing about this product.
The thing I liked least was the lack of customer support
It is really a great product for the price, and I would recommend it.
Jason from Vex Industries
The instant feedback about social media users viewing patterns and habits is really innovative. I also really like that the information is displayed in a user friendly way.
I can't really complain much about this product. Sometimes the processing speed is a little slow moving from page to page but sometimes I feel like that could be our own Internet speed and not the companies fault.
The dashboard is the most important part of this product. I really like that so much information is displayed in one place, which makes navigating through the other pages much less difficult.
Ed from Rice
Convenience and the fact that I can use it when I want without any fees.
There isn't anything that I dislike about the uberVU product.
See if it fits exactly what you are looking for by having your requirements ready beforehand.

The functionality and how easy it is to use. I found it very easy to navigate through the system, and it was clear. It didn't take me long to figure out everything
The amount of money it took to buy it. Also, loading into the system took too long, and it was compllicated.
Check internet prices before buying. The price I paid was too high, and I found it cheaper on the internet.
Sammy from uber
It's convenient and easy to use. Always a great app to have on your phone in case of an emergency.
I wish it was in more countries, and had a feature where you can tip the driver from the app.
Make sure to use the app before you judge it.
Jenny from church
Prompt and efficient company. I enjoy doing business with them.
There is nothing that I dislike about them. I have nothing negative to say.
Do your research and know exactly what your needs are so you can find the right fit for you.

High quality business, professionalism and service.
I can not think about something that I do not like about the service. I have not had any bad experiences with them.
I do not have any recommendations for others evaluating it.
Heidi from All Occasions
It's easy to use and review with everyone online.
Nothing. I think it's great and reviews well with everyone.
Make it available to eveyone in the industry around us.
Hayley from RTFM Inc
They are very reliable and always on time. Also, the price is very competitive and reasonable.
There is nothing that I do not like about uberVU, I like everything about them.
I highly recommend this product to anyone thinking about getting it.
Hootsuite has many different functions that can help you to manage your social media profiles. I like how it has great collaborating functions for team members to communicate and really work together.
uberVU’s tools fall into a few main categories. The bread and butter of the product is a feature called “Streams.” A Stream can be a themed search or a connected social profile, like a Twitter or Facebook page. In most cases, businesses will set up Streams as a way to track what people are saying about their brands online, using uberVU’s tools to filter out mentions from specific sources (like notoriously biased blogs, for example) or geographic locations (like foreign countries).
Real-time insights give brands a head start when a crisis erupts.
Some features may be too sophisticated for small to mid-size companies.
