Vicodo is a web application covering all video and communication needs for various businesses. It is a white label solution that users can brand how they want - from colors and logos to texts and buttons. Vicodo provides 1 on 1 video meetings, live video and chat website widget, booking pages, and CRM elements. It doesn't require installation or registration - clients join meetings by clicking on a link sent via automated invites. 1 on 1 video meetings can be scheduled by agents or by clients via the booking page. In addition, Vicodo has a built-in calendar integration (Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Apple Calendar + many more) that guarantees availability updates on the personal booking page. Start with a 14-day free trial. After two weeks choose from 3 available plans: basic, professional and enterprise. The Basic plan covers all basic customer communication needs: 1:1 meetings, chat, personal booking page and file sharing. The Professional plan additionally allows for removing Vicodo branding and grants access to API&Webhooks. It has extended collaboration features, statistics, custom fields and quick responses. The Enterprise plan is dedicated to companies that request adding features designed especially for their business needs.

Very smart. No one else offer that solution

I loose less website visitor. I mean, I am there via the white label chat & video wigdet. And when I am offline, I leave my booking link there. That increases my sales alot!

PROS

The simplicity and easy implementation. My website visitors can have a live video call via my website without obstacle. White label solution to built trust and increase engagement. And I can share my booking link when I am not available!!!

CONS

Maybe different types of booking. That my customer can book another type appointment. I mean a selection with e.g. technical issue, consulting, question about offer.
