Amazing Product!

PROS

Aidium's system is outstanding, but their customer service, especially [sensitive content hidden] - puts them over the top. Don't look any further for your CRM solutions than Aidium.

Robust CRM without the "robust" initial set-up!

Since using WB (June, 2017) I have increased my personal production to have my best year ever (2018) and am on pace this year to surpass 2018 with a 50% increase! One of the biggest factors in my increased production is the number of peer to peer referrals that have been coming in. I've been in the business for 12 years and I've never utilized any software that added so much value to my business. Both Realtors and Borrowers rave about our communication during the loan process and this can all be attributed to Whiteboard and the automatic milestone updates. My 2nd favorite feature is the "whiteboard" section where I or anyone on my production team can add notes, log calls or emails which helps us to all stay on the same page when working on a family's loan file. After using several other CRM's, I can say without hesitation that Whiteboard is the best out there!

PROS

The best part of the CRM is the ability to install and utilize "playbooks" with pre-designed and editable campaigns. I think the biggest hurdle with any CRM is getting it set up so that it works for you. In the past it would take weeks to complete a few basic campaigns only to discover that they weren't effective or didn't accomplish what you wanted. With Whiteboard I am able to install a playbook, review the campaigns, customize my collateral and start implementation in just a couple days.

CONS

Until they added a mobile app that was a con. Now it's actually a huge positive. Also, when we first started using it we couldn't directly import FNM files into the system so my team would have to do dual data entry but they have since added that functionality as well as the ability to link directly with many of the most popular LOS out there. I guess I'm saying that I don't have any cons right now!

Waste of Your Money... Look Elsewhere.

Waste of money, too restrictive with their contracts, not proactive in finding solutions or making it "right" for their customers.

PROS

The sales rep was very good at highlighting what potential features were under R&D. Definitely a case of over-promising and under-delivering.

CONS

The knowledge base is sparse at best. If you run into any issues, you have to submit a ticket. There really isn't self-solve solutions. But when tickets are submitted, you just get an auto response and a mediocre response from customer service. There isn't a dedicated rep that will make sure your problems are solved.The UI is so clunky. Very little is customizable. And when asking the customer service rep if certain features are/would become available, the standard answer was "I'll pass that along to the development team".There isn't a perfect company or product. But any company can have a "make-it-right" mindset when it comes to customer satisfaction. This company DOES NOT have that mindset. They will go through the motions of customer retention, but at the end will not provide a solution to make their customers happy.

Reasons for switching to Aidium

The integrations and mortgage-centric marketing message was appealing.

Game Changer

GOAT!!! I love the continuous development. WB is always looking for ways to improve and their not just talking about it. They plan and execute consistently. It gets better each day and I can't say enough about how easy it is to use.

PROS

I love that this CRM does it all for me. I literally click a button or enter a few data points and the CRM takes it from there. Earlier this year, I had someone from back in 2015 reach out and thanked me for staying in touch and that they were ready to buy. I hadn't done a thing. Whiteboard did it all. And, i was able to get that client back to the realtor partner who originally sent them. From more of a daily use standpoint, I can't tell you how much positive feedback I get from clients and partners who are so impressed with our level of communication. And it's literally just a click of a button and sometimes that's no even required. I have secured so many new partnerships just by calling the listing agent at the end of a transaction and asking them how we did. Every. Single. Time. they comment on how communicative we were and that they dont experience that from anyone else. WhiteBoard is a night and day difference from anything I've used in the past.

CONS

Drawing a blank. Having the ability to text has been another game changer. Tons of conversion through text. Best part of it is that they're texting my business line and not my cell.

Great Mortgage CRM

Having a CRM is like having another employee. Worth every penny. I have used different mortgage CRM programs over the years. Whiteboard is the best I have come across. For sure worth the money. I have my whole team using it and never had any problems with new users learning the platform. I haven't been able to print from the system for over year year so they are losing a star for that. I think is insane that they wont let you print anything. Also they have been telling me for years they are working on the reports but nothing has changed. If they fix those two things I would be 5 stars all the way.

Cant print Reports are horrible customer support has gotten slower to respond and is slow to fix things usually have to wait till the next upgrade.
