Wooster - Awesome functionality without compromising design!

One of the best challenges I was able to solve with Wooster was the management of my sales pipeline. I have been able to organize all my deals and see how much potential sales are in each phase of our deal cycle. It allows me to keep track of every possible project and ensure that I'm hitting our quarterly quota.

Pros

The overall design aesthetic and user interface makes Wooster much easier to use than other CRM platforms that I have used in the past. The way that the information is organized is intuitive and easy to use, making it part of my daily workflow. Wooster has allowed me to keep track and categorize all contacts and deals in my pipeline. The drag and drop functionality makes it extremely easy to move an account through my sales funnel. Additionally, the layout gives me the ability to have a birds eye view, which is extremely important to understand the big picture. I'm able to set financial goals, keep track of calls/emails, filter by tags...there is just so much functionality built into the system that provides me with so many ways to use the software.

Cons

As I've used the software over the past two years, I'm constantly thinking of enhanced functionality that could streamline my workflow even further. Wooster has been extremely receptive to feedback and thoughts on ways the software could improve.
