Usefulness, Simplicity & Scalibility

Highly reccomend to organisations that requires a CRM tool that is easy to implement and use. Takes only several weeks to create good deal of communication, campaign, offers, etc.

PROS

Really easy to implement, takes only couple of weeks to have up and running CRM scenarios.

CONS

Had some minor bugs within features that came out on the last release.

Really functional app!

easy to use, no need for too many people, also no need for too many functions, simple and smart!

CONS

It can take time to implement the product because it is very modular.
