Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • This tool is great for usability studies. It is easy to create a study and launch it using their panel.

  • It’s very easy to use, for the most part, and the payments are quick to receive, always on time and reliable.

  • Cons

  • The price. If it were up to me, we'd definitely use this platform for user testing moving forward, but the price tag made it a tough sell to the higher-ups in my company.

  • There were a number of glitches and it can get a little expensive, but it is worth it for specific problems that you can pin point and need to solve.
