Very efficient CX tool!
Most of our CX requirements have become efficient ever since we onboarded with Merren. Now the team members can navigate through customer data easily, view response segregations and map customer journeys in a few clicks. I also like the AI survey templates that save us a lot of time. Our campaigns are streamlined at the moment. The response has been very positive overall.
PROSThe teams have upgraded to efficient tools from older systems. Our workflow is faster at the moment. This was a good financial decision for the company.
CONSThere could be a slight resistance to new technology at the start. So we took some time to navigate through Merren’s functions initially.

A great tool for team collaboration.
1. The teams could access data on the dashboard for different campaigns. 2. The Facebook and WhatsApp campaigns are very smooth. It was a universal joy to see a high response rate. 3. The team members could easily work with the journey mapping tools after the initial sessions.
PROSAfter exploring Merren initially, I found a lot of advantages. We could dissect customer data and exchange critical information across teams. During training sessions, we could exchange ideas faster. The use of messenger surveys is a game changer.
