  • Google tag manager integration is lifesaver for me. I can set up Clarity without asking developer team. It's also GDPR compliant and provides an advanced dashboard for analytic overview.
  • Great user interface, scroll heat maps are a must.

  • Microsoft Clarity's user interface can be complex and difficult to navigate for new users, making it challenging to fully utilize all the features and capabilities of the platform.
  • Since the url does not change based on what tab is selected, you can only view a heat map of the default tab and no other tabs.

  • Every step in creating a survey form is super simple and almost no learning curves needed before working with this software.
  • It is nice to experience a survey that feels so much more like a conversation than just answering questions. The interface is clear and easy to navigate and the analytics are top-notch.
  • Cons

  • Also, the whole having to resign in every time you go to the site is a little annoying.
  • Lot of dependence on developers, which is a huge time suck. Doesn't allow you to handle bulk loads such as deleting or copying an audience list.
