Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to install. Super easy to navigate the dashboard.

  • It's easy integration into our software. Great Customer Service!!

  • Cons

  • I wish there was a phone app for it but it seems it is in the works!

  • I haven't quite mastered the website and it seems very overwhelming but that is partly my fault as I haven't taken time to really work with it since we are so busy.

  • Pros

  • I love the fact it will hold all the conversation that has been had with the sender/receiver. I would recommend this to ANY OFFICE STAFF.

  • Love that we can schedule texts. Love that we can send group texts by inserting names so it looks individual.

  • Cons

  • Reporting could be better, but still works for what I need.

  • I honestly like everything about it... but if I had to choose one thing it would be the automated text that sends out when I don't respond quick enough.
