  • Easy to create good-looking questionnaires, templates.
  • As a smaller company, GetFeedback has allowed us to create professional, easy to use surveys, that look stylish and capture the eyes of our guests.
  • Cons

  • How difficult it is to use and how limited the feature set is.
  • If anything, it could be a little cheaper, but I'd really struggle to criticise this software.

  • This system is a very user friendly system to handle our needs for our clients and the Rewards Program that we offer to our clients.
  • It is powerful but simple, low cost but it works wonders, we liked that they had the free trial shows how capable this platform can be, you can create marketing campaigns through sms.

  • Also sometimes it gets confusing as to where to go to access the different tasks that can be done using the system.
  • I don't think I have any dislikes. Any questions or concerns I had were always immediately addressed and resolved.
