Pros/Cons
Pros
- The simplicity of this website is unique, and great for everyone. When searching, you can see reviews in a blink of an eye, which can help you decide quickly if a product will fit your needs.
- It has helped me to select the company which sent me a mail saying "I have won $10B..." - I would never expect that. These are the most wonderful things about trustpilot.
- What a wonderful and unique experience it was in using this platform to highlight my work in the most important areas and build a good reputation among customers.
Cons
- It seems very limited in terms of what you can do when you try it out. It's also like you're forced to pay for it because people only go out of their way to leave bad reviews.
- We were not ok with extortion and thought showing Trustpilot this totally inappropriate demand from a rogue customer would result in the bad review being removed.
- The biggest problem I have with them is they lock you into an annual contract with no option to get out of it.
Pros
- Amazing product and a great experience. I was also very happy to see the analytics that pointed me in the right direction for next steps.
- Highly recommended and nice product for startups especially, who are looking for budget friendly and reliable product.
- Overall, we are happy with Zoho. They are good people, provide great support, and you can't beat the value for money equation.
Cons
- We've got some problem with the email invitations often sent into the spam folder of our customers... but it's a common problem with other CRM I guess.
- Misleading information during the trial phase. Always upselling their useless apps through Zoho one.
- You get different answers from different customer representatives and the lack of an account manager is painful. App store is full of apps that barely work or aren't maintained.
