Excellent customer support and the product is fantastic and the pipefy staff is always looking to improve the user experience.

The UI is great, services team was very helpful. Automation is a great feature as well as the reporting capabilities and email triggers.

It helps me organize my processes and my day by day; It's easy to use; let you customize everything; Changed completely my daily routine for the best.

Overall the software is good. Its a balanced value for the money.

In general, I have had a good experience with the software so far. I hope that the platform is updated all the time for better use.

The support team is great and, for 90% of the occasions, I can use Pipefy to manage my team and our process.

The implementation and sales teams were phenomenal. They were helpful, responsive, and were able to find work-arounds if there was a feature I wanted but was not yet available.

Our next steps will be to make use of pipefy API to extract important team metrics which I hope will be very useful.

To be honest, it looks like Pipefy has some great features, but I only needed one: to create a simple, easy checklist for repeating tasks.

The Kanban view is very clean and easy to manage, and the calendar view helps a lot when we are planning our launches. Also, the automations are very useful to implement poka-yokes into the process.

The basic e-mail adress to send e-mails from Pipe is very unreliable and often goes to Spam.

Sometimes the e-mails don't go through and the software doesn't send me a warning or a solution to the problem and this can impact the operation badly.

Although we could integrate some of the tools we use with UserGuiding, it was a downer when I saw there is no integration with Heap yet.

It is pretty clear that having a clear and effective onboarding process is vital for engagement and retention of those new users.

I couldn't find anything that I don't like about the software functionally or user experience-wise.

So far I have not come across a thing that annoys me at all.

I love that I can build an onboarding workflow with all various different engagement / training methods like steps, confirmations, checklists and so much more.

I am able to increase Popupsmart's sales thanks to analytical intelligent system that they offered. The more I see the problems, the quicker I provide solutions to our customers.

You can get it going in minutes after signing up. The team is very responsive and they are always asking for feedback to improve the product.

Userguiding is intuitive, with cool features and provides excellent customer support whenever necessary (which due to its functionality is not often required).

The best thing about software is being User-friendly environment, really easy to use with GTM.

Very easy integration, in just a few minutes you are up and running.

I liked the value offered for the price, as well as the features and the ease of use.

So far so good, I have no negative comments about UserGuiding.

Also the team is supportive. They do their best to support us on our busy days, even in weekends.

Some of the implementation was a little hard because of our lack of technical knowledge.

But I've not actually built a flow out on my own until now. As someone who loves to tinker and test, I found the tool perfectly suited to me.

They don't offer free chat on their website but the team responds quickly via email and try to solve your problems as soon as possible.

My problem is that the first UserGuiding step does not work as it doesn’t not find the starting point on the web page, because this web page  is too long to show the entry button on a standard screen.

The product is easy to use and integrate into your own website to ensure smooth onboarding.

Customer engagement and conversion rates have skyrocketed thanks to UserGuiding.

Sometimes interface and Chrome extension could become confusing but once you get used to, it is not a big deal.
