A fantastic product that greatly improves our existing HR processes. From purchase, through setup and finally deployment the support was excellent.

Sometimes chat can seem impersonal when an article is dumped in the conversation after having spent a little while writing a problem up. No customer feedback for layout/build as of yet.

Reports sometimes a little confusing and limited, perhaps add the element of pie charts. Org chart not very flexible.

As a SaaS, the value for money is great. The team were very helpful in getting the software set up and it supports most aspects of the business that we run.

The integrated chat is extremely useful, with very competent people answering all your questions with great detail and in a short time.

People is great and have really taken on board my suggestions - one of which was about improving the logbook user experience.

It's an effective HRIS that can be integrated with a number of their other platforms, so we hope to find new efficiencies over the coming year (integrating with payroll, LMS etc).

It is useful for maintaining mailing lists and grouping people, but I don't think it is always reliable. It could be more useful.

On the face of it this looks like great software but unless you are more bespoke trained in the software I doubt you will get the value you can from it.

It is user friendly, the support is first class, and amendments are regular and helpful. The user requests for changes are brilliant and often result in smoother experience for users and admin alike.

The system is very easy to use, it has great functionality and is really cost effective. The add on of the expense module is also great.

I like being able to keep track of contacts for people and putting them into groups for various mailing lists.

Customer service is generally intercom, intercom chat bot and links to articles so a bit hit and miss.

Recording annual leave when an employee is off sick.

No integration with  online calendar providers (O365, GSuite) -  i would expect this type of product to feature automatic calendar updates once leave is requested/approved.

Holidays and absence can be approved or declined without having to log which is a nice touch. Support is always available to help and staff are very friendly.

This means self service has to be disabled and renders the product almost useless. Very unsettling that a company would just role these features out without thinking through the consequences.

Good for small, single office companies where everything is open.

The ATS part of the system has been excellent. Great service and a great price.

The product is very easy to navigate, it looks nice, it's user friendly and employees like it. There are many great features to the product that have made our lives as HR professionals very easy.

Easy to set new people up and save important company HR documents. The support team are really great too and always try to come up with good solutions.

I most like the ease of use and basic functionality.

Easy to use, easy to set up. Fine for a company which wants unbridled access for all staff, but serious concerns around internal company privacy and security with some of the new features.

The features are very good - wide range and very good value for money.

This is an excellent, all-in-one-place, HR package for a small company. It has restrictions, but on the whole it's easy to use with good support both in on-line guides and the support team.

The customer support is for the most part great and they do get back to you when you have a problem within an hour.

Sometimes when there are releases other things get messed up on the software. Sometimes there is alot of down time.

The customer service is excellent. Queries are dealt with quickly and satisfactorily, which is important with an evolving product like this which is constantly in improving development.

It is very easy and effective. The staff are very helpful and are quick to answer any questions you have.

Integration with Sage has been great and saved time in terms of duplicating information.

This apps helps my company to keep track of holidays and overtime. As well as making our life easier when we have expenses for the company.

At the moment I had a really good experience with this application.

The UI is simple and straightforward in some areas, but feels a little awkward in others.

Occassionally I have problems with the filtering options, particulary the job function filter. It's not a massive issue but if fixed would be usable.

However the customer service and sales team are excellent and really helpful so you soon get onboard and understand how it works if you communication.

I can not fault the platform. It is quick and easy to use, the support is also great.

Occasionally some data is out of date, for example a specific contact may no longer work at the company.

Features and functionality are superb. Customer support: It gives as twice a month support so everything is great.

Congism is a great tool for prospecting, lead research & enrichment in Europe. Compared to other tools, it gives you the best contact quality with a large database in Europe.

Another issue I have is that I am unable to add notes accordingly to specific campaign activities, its a little frustrating and although im aware you can build sequences it just isnt working.

Software is very intuitive, easy to use, it has all integrations with the most popular sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Linkedin ant etc.

Cognism it's a pretty nice tool for data extraction, it can compete easily with the big sharks on the market.

Great tool for prospecting lead research & enrichment.

I find it very useful to get persona's email addresses and contact numbers based on the requirements I may have. I also love the fact that we launch campaigns and can monitor the activities.

Many contacts I found had left the company or had no numbers, especially in Germany.

Why more filters than the other tools in the market to narrow down  the right prospects including technographic and special moments (beyond company size, industry, job titles, revenue..).

Very good, it has helped source 100's of leads very quickly.

Cognism is easy to use and easy to understand. The customer service is impeccable and my problem was quickly resolved.

Not all the data provided is accurate, it does get some issues with the provided data. There is no intent feature that is offered by competitors.

It's ease of use and ability to integrate with pretty much everything in a seamless manner. The data is also kept up to date.

It has been an impressive experience for our company. Cognism has made my past company to provide good quality of data with less bounces used for lead gen.

Sometimes there are no contact details for named contacts or the details there can sometimes be outdated and in need of updating.

The customer service is very friendly and offers great aftercare. The chrome extension and integration with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is great for finding out the business contact email of prospects.
