Features are a bit weak, but hopefuly they will upgrade it soon.

Easy to use parsing engine. I also use the free Zapier parser but find your solution so much better and easier to use.

Lack of additional tweaks to the parsing when it doesnt pickup exactly what you need.

As far as I am concerned, they provide the template for any application customer support line.

Now that's a hard question - nothing comes to mind.

For the basic email parsing stuff, it's very good. Pricing is also good, as the service works most of the time.
