I evaluated a few options and chose CareStack because I could access the software on any computer through a browser and the cost of support was included in the monthly price.

Separated radiograph software, poor quality of images compared (to dentrix ascend). Need o constant refreshing of the software to obtain images.

We have been in love with our curb side check- in which has been an amazing new feature with all the pandemic happening right now.

My team and I are very happy with the software because of its capabilities and the support team at CareStack which helps us become more efficient every day.

The ease of use coupled with the ability to personalize the interface makes it the easiest software I have used as a clinician. Being cloud based is also definitely a bonus.

The ability to run custom reports to help us manage our patient care and schedules is first rate. I have used most all dental softwares available and Carestack is the best by far.

Its not very user friendly and it still  makes my head hurt when I have to change something.

During the integration the CareStack team was always helpful and really listened to our needs as a practice.

The customer support carestack offers is incredible. Their account manager program is wonderful, super informative as well as efficient.

Overall, I think customer service is great. That is why I kept Carestack.

I really think the problem with MiCamp is a BIG headache. And I am disappointed that Carestack is not following up with that.

Integrates well with cloud based x ray storage software, electronic prescriptions and billing.

The team you have that is so willing to listen and help improve this software to make the end user experience better and better.

Currently, I don't like and very unhappy with how MiCamp works. They are very slow, shady, and  unprofessional.

I can ask her something at any time and she will always get back to me and my team. NO ONE HAS HELPED AS MUCH AS HER.

Very, VERY grateful we had CareStack through the Covid-19 pandemic as it allowed my back office to work remotely. Patients LOVE the Curbside check-in, as do we.

The system is user friendly and does not take hours of training.

I love that I am able to have a very robust patient management software. There are also great tools that allow me to contact and communicate with patients without needing tons of new add ons.

The customer support is top notch, you can call, email, submit a ticket or use the built in chat if you need assistance.

Over billing and taking forever to get refunded, horrible customer service-they treat you badly and are only available short hours for monetary issues. They purposely hang up on you and avoid calls.

Overall- I love this system and need more training. I love that I can view my day from any device with the internet.

Customer service is so helpful. They remote in and show you step by step.

Overall experience has been very good and the customer support has been amazingly and surprisingly good.

I also love the dashboard, it shows what claims need to be worked on and helps keep the team on track.

We've had a great experience with Dentrix Ascend and even worked to integrate the platform with several other practices.

Dentrix ascend is missing some of the key components of traditional dentrix.

It's not horrible and I'm not completely dissatisfied, but it has been disappointing.

I like the ease of use...meaning it's easy to navigate. Simplified version of their more complex server-based Software.

When things are broke or not working minimum 24-48 hours to fix.

The software has done exactly what we need and they continually are releasing new features that make the software more reliable. I love that it is all cloud based and we don't need a local server.

Tricky to use, inability to add templates, referral processes.

The support with Dentrix has been great. The response is almost immediate and very helpful.

The cloud based platform makes for a great integration between multiple locations. The interface is practical and laid out well (once your are adjusted to it).

Online scheduling never worked properly/ MANY ERRORS in scheduling/ double booking/ and we have now disabled.

It is a beautiful visual for patients, and my doctor likes the cloud base storage.

Everything that I felt was missing has been added in the last year.

Like that its cloud based and always evolving with updates as users make recommendations to improve. I like that I can access it anywhere.

Building the report needed is time consuming and confusing. Of all the complicated things you can do with Ascend, electronic billing isn't one of them.

We have two dental practices with a lot of patient overlap and this is so much better than our old software. Very user friendly and easy to access from anywhere.

The best thing i like in this software is there user friendly functionality which make it so different and valuable to all.

I like most of the updates but dislike every update we run into an issue. I dislike that it gives error messages a lot.
