Dental Practice Review
It has been wonderful and has saved so much time at a very busy practice! It does the bust work for you and our patients have loved the ease of paying their portion via text or email through a secure space.
PROSI loved the ease of setting this up with our practice software and how easy it is to use. You have the opportunity to block certain statements that go out and have full control on how the options!
CONSNothing! We have not had any issues with Pearly!
Reasons for switching to Pearly
It was not automated and we had to go through every patient and send it manually. They are also moving their statements to Engagement which would be an additional fee.

Highly Recommend!
Easy to install, great customer service and the software was reliable.
PROSIt loved that it was automatic once an insurance payment was applied the patient would receive notice if a payment was due. For larger balances it gave an option for payments which was a bonus for older accounts that were aging.
CONSI would have like more setting options to customize some the accounts.

Patient Billing Software
It's been great. We are slowly transitioning to the auto portion.
PROSOnline Portal. Also easy to use. I like the ability to text patients for their balances and they can pay via the link.
CONSLots of other software out there can do similar things to Pearly, but are bundled with other things like confirmations, phones etc. I wish they would integrate with Weave or something similar.

Nice features for our dental office
Pretty easy to implement and significantly decreased the workload of some of our front office personnel.
CONSMostly just trying to get used to a different system. We weren't used to sending out invoices to a select number of accounts. Pearly strategy for collecting balances is a little different.

Amazing Product
Overall Pearly has been wonderful to work with! The technology works great and is user friendly! The support team is also amazing! They consistently check in and answer any questions or issues quickly!
PROSPearly has been wonderful for our practice! We’ve noticed patients are paying their bills quickly once insurance claims are received and the initial text is sent! This has reduced our outstanding accounts receivable in the over 30 days late buckets!
CONSI wish there was an option to customize individual product codes. For example it would be great if we could chose a different length of time after an appointment for the first text message to be sent for crowns.
