We have multiple output services and we find it VERY easy to switch between sources to manage. It also has great features and widgets that allow us to fill voids with intriguing content when required.

The customer service is brilliant, Drew is always on hand to help with any queries that cannot be answered using the help section of the site.

I love the flexibility and accessibility from anywhere. I able to create great playouts from any browser and publish to any player...any time I want.

The layout design view is great and flexibility to manage designs and images is fantastic.

Also, the customer support is top notch, I always get responses within 12 hours (I live in Japan so there is a 9 hour time difference) and then follow-ups to make sure everything is going well.

Easy to use, excellent value, very good feature set, so far reliable and robust system. All browser based which was key for us.

Frustrating- we can quickly and easily update the signs on a frequent basis. It is not easy to train other employees to use the program- they can not just open the program and use it.

Embed Signage has a built in kiosk mode that locks down the computer to only run Embed Signage. This software was a perfect fit for my company.

I'm still exploring the system's capabilities but so far I really enjoy it and find it innovative.

Customer service has always been great, we usually receive a response within 24 hours which is great as with the nature of our business things do need to be changed or sorted very quickly.

The software allows me to manage all devices in an organised fashion, with some great features like live preview, sound on/off etc.

The Cloud based CMS and ease of set-up. The ability to simply add a mobile device such as a phone or IPad with the App is also very useful for demonstrations.

Inability to customize animations and connect to my existing calendars.

Overall, I think the is a great product and fills a niche at a good price point.

I like the online access and features in Kitcast and I like its AppleTV app which turns the AppleTV into an inexpensive appliance type device. I run Kitcast in kiosk mode.

This absolutely the best option I could find for multiple locations and TVs. It’s easy to use and it updates fairly fast.

I like the ease of online updating and the variety of templates available. I also like that there is a separate AppleTV application that pulls information directly from the Kitcast server.

Especially for use on additional screens. Makes it hard for a small business to justify.

I like how seamlessly the product works with Apple TV and how simple it is to navigate. Very straightforward installation process and very user friendly.

Also, the social media integrations lacked some basic functionality and they never worked. Yelp always showed the same two reviews, and there was no way to change or fix that.

We are using it for digital signage in financial institution. It has been a big hit with customers and we love how easy it is for our small marketing department to manage.

Minor UI things (previews). Inability to test presentation on machine aside from kiosk sending it too.
