Key features include portals for vendors, product lifecycle management (PLM), warehouse management, order processing, financials, inventory management and modules for catalogs and telemarketing that can be customized to different businesses. The solution also offers a pre-built library of maps and labels for inbound and outbound electronic data interchange (EDI) transactions. e-commerce features are also provided by the solution that allow both sales reps and customers enter and check orders.
Additionally, A2000 offers supply chain management, task calendars and material requirements management. Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis. Perpetual license is also provided for a one-time fee.

The ease of uploading orders and getting selling reports by style, season, and customer. It was also easy to input re-orders and see the ATS available to prevent over selling.
