Food Guard Review
Food Guard eliminates the use of paper and filing within the production factory. Information can be stored online and viewed instantly without the additional hassle of searching through files. The system removes human error between the processing steps and allows for compliance within the company in a simplified manner.
CONSThe Audit feature is missing sections such as Corrective Actions and an area to insert photos. These features would enhance the functionality and allow for all gathered information to be stored in one place.

Thanks for the review. We are actively working on the ability to add pictures which many of our customers have asked for. We hope to have this in place within 4 months or less. We also plan on introducing enhanced rules and alerts that will include corrective actions within this time frame. Thank you for the feedback.

Food Guard as an Auditing tool
The checklist is easy to use and report is generated instantly.
CONSIt does not comprise the whole auditing functionality yet. For example it does not have the corrective action section or picture to show the non-conformance.

Thanks for the Feedback Irina. We are developing further corrective action next steps and pictures with our next release and hope you can benefit from these changes soon. HACCP traceability is our Core strength at present but all feedback is welcome and taken onboard !!

The app is intuitive, what make’s it easy to use.
The product is really intuitive and if you want to change something you need just a click, and it’s done.
CONSIt could be improved the tasks on the checklist. If you want to add some task, it will appear just on the bottom, but you can’t change the order, so it would be good to have a button we’re you can scroll the new task and put it in the right order.
