Excellent product backed by Outstanding Customer Service.

The service techs took care of all the integration and periodic updates with our EDI partners, and whenever there was a problem their customer service techs were extremely responsive.

Not even a hurricane can stop their customer service.

Excellent Support and Cost effective EDI Solution.

It's great for a business that has a small SKU count because you essentially pay per invoice rather than paying a high subscription fee. Customer service has also been pretty good.

They have  been great to work with. We were a new company and new to EDI but they made the on-boarding and setup process seamless and easy.

Initial setup was quick and easy. The software is easy to use and the training videos are comprehensive and easy to understand.

The software is easy to use, very easy to learn and efficient.

Too many fields with non applicable information that can confuse the process. Errors are sometimes not as easily identified prior to submissions.

Great support and fast response. The Customer Care Team (Espeacially Lily and Thanh) are very helpful and always serve the best service.

Ease of use even for a 'low-tech' guy like me. Customer service is outstanding and didn't talk down to me.

I can't think of anything I don't like about it.

QuickBooks by Intuit is a great accounting solution for small businesses as it is easy to use and has great support.

The update method and stability of the software is just poor. The file has to be repaired sometimes because it gets corrupted.

It can be a pain when you make a mistake and try to fix it. For some things, there are too many steps to fix the mistake.

Inventory  wtih the option to add photos and ability to connect my bank account are the best parts so far. Integration with a powerful CRM  (Method) that does not cost  a fortune.

This is absolutely ridiculous and appears to be by design. Shame on Intuit for this scheme to rip off its customers.

What I like the most about this super cool software is how easy it is to use compared to other softwares out there.

Sometimes the software will freeze up and I'll have to restart it to get it to work again. That is kinda annoying to have to do that.

I love the functionality of it and how user friendly it is. My favorite is integrating the bank and CC for easy reconciliation.

I don’t think there are any missing features or anything that I dislike  about this software.

Good reporting capabilities, ability to customize invoices and other functions is also great. Would recommend online over desktop version.

I like the ease of use of Quickbooks. The system is easy to navigate and they have helpful tooltips in case you have a question.

The price is very affordable. Good accounting reports and provides great flexibility with third party applications.

If you switch from the online version to the desktop version, it can be difficult. Also, the data is not automatically backed up so you have a risk of losing your data.

This is the best software for all size organizations. I love that it integrates with my bank account and gives me clear reports with visuals.

Help section is great and very informative. We use the reports feature a lot, and it is awesome to have so many reports to choose from to analyze how our business is doing financially.

Most I love about this software is that it is relieable pretty much good to be recommended for anyone.

In spite of its costs and its less-then-heavenly online assistance, QuickBooks Online wins our Editor's Choice honor for offering the best, thorough, helpful, and usable devices.

I really liked how this app is really great for small businesses with employees on-site. Once you learn the software you should be confident that Quickbooks is the best out there in the market.

I love that you can manage your personal and buianess finnances with ease and you have help through out the entire process.
