Being able to tie Plumsail to Airtable via Zapier is absolutely fantastic in generating the many documents required to arrange visa applications for foreigner laborers coming to Japan.

Simple, simple licensing, delivers more than it promises, delivers WAY more than products double the price.

So easy to integrate Plumsail with MS Flow processing documents.

Being able to lock PDFs to help prevent forgery using our documents as the source of signature images is great.

I am using Plumsail to ouput fillable PDF documents with data coming from a third party application. It was easy to implement in our already existing Microsoft Flow solution.

Excellent product and has helped us streamline processes with ease.

Till now, I don't experience any problem with this software. So, it's hard for me to tell anything which I dislike.

For our uses, it's also incredibly difficult to predict our monthly uses. We may have one event, we may have half a dozen.

The simplicity, it is as straight as it possibly could. I do not have software education background and even then I managed to set it inside an automated flow for file conversion.

There is nothing in particular that we don't like, simply because most items are highly customisable thus allowing us to tweak things as required to suit our needs.

Currently in the testing phase but it is a very good set of connectors that I will no doubt be using more of in my future developing office solutions.

Application is great, stable and simple to use. Even when I needed support, the support team replied within the next day, and they helped me through the troubleshooting, and problem solving.

This product is out-of-the-box easy to use, and easy to implement in Power Automate flows. The technical support was responsive to my inquiries.

I hope this stays in place and I hope to learn more in the future for more automation and simplification to our processes.

The easy Use of the software en the integration.

We are issuing client contracts, subcontractors agreement, staff employment contracts. The processess, easily automated through MS Power Automate, are fast and reliable.

Word is so finnicky and I'm not having to deal with that (the use of the tokens is so much easier). The ability to create multiple slides/pages with looping over an array is fantastic.

The error messages are a little bit hard to understand and with the diagnosys, it takes some time to get used to it.

Awesome added value and very good integration with Microsoft Flow.

I was easy to implement the 'Fill in PDF Form' connector in Microsoft Flow. Plumsail also offered us a custom pricing plan according to our needs which makes us save some money.

We have had an overall great experience with Seismic. We have bi-weekly calls with our customer success manager who helps us understand different features and answer any questions.

The content library and bulk upload allows us to keep our sales enablement content clean, tagged and current. The integration with Salesforce and Outlook was simple to set up and deploy.

Incredibly hard to navigate compared to competitors.

Content manager can be a bit confusing and overwhelming. Our organization barely scratches the surface on what we can do with content manager so it's features are almost too complex.

I enjoy the accessibility of this software. It is great to find about any article within technology and provides great examples.

It is user friendly, customizable, and support staff is friendly.

I like that it can organize all my companies information in files. You can also share docs with a partner and both edit them which is nice.

The support staff is helpful and the training materials are very accessible and easily consumable. Seismic is a true partner and worth checking out.

Many times the email sent out are blocked by receivers email security. Often kicking email to spam.

In addition, the Seismic support team has been awesome, they are readily accessible and able to handle all of our technical concerns.

The onboarding team has been amazing throughout our journey and we're very happy with the investment we've made - we're set see an amazing return.

Sometimes difficult to find what I am looking for. That could be more of a function on how things are titled.

I know that the information is the most up to date. When I want to find what is the best material we have to send to a customer that is where it will be found.

The problem is that we have no way of knowing today who has downloaded the app and who has not.

Overall the service is pretty good and the product works, I'm just not sure it's a solid enterprise solution.

We use Seismic as a centralized repository for many company documents spanning a variety of different areas of our business. They layout is great and easy to use and navigate through.

The only problem we have had is convincing the more stubborn members of the sales team to switch over from old school attachments.

It's very visual and the tagging and searching work well. It integrates well into Salesforce and content can quickly be downloaded.
