  • Pros

  • Very powerful visual representations of data - making it clear, easy to interpret and impactful. Responsive and engaged customer support team.
  • Contentsquare really helps bring data to life with visuals that are easy to understand and use. This is important when sharing analysis with other people to keep the data engaging.
  • Cons

  • The alerts module is not very customizable, and often I receive “false alarms.
  • Some of the different areas within the tool can be inconsistent in layout/functionality which confuses users.

  • Great support staff, very friendly and dedicated to helping you find solutions. End user gets a great experience.
  • Ease of use to create surveys. Qualtrics can be picked up easily for basic surveys, can be reviewed and published easily.
  • Cons

  • Difficult to use and administrative burdensome.
  • We found that depending on each individual's (staff) knowledge and experience, some people found it a little bit intimidating.
