  • Pros

  • Great support staff, very friendly and dedicated to helping you find solutions. End user gets a great experience.
  • Ease of use to create surveys. Qualtrics can be picked up easily for basic surveys, can be reviewed and published easily.
  • Cons

  • Difficult to use and administrative burdensome.
  • We found that depending on each individual's (staff) knowledge and experience, some people found it a little bit intimidating.

  • The interface is nice and readable. The support staff was helpful when needed.
  • Zesty.io is user friendly & I love that it integrates google analytics.
  • Cons

  • Some of the engineers steps are not intuitive (how the pages/datasets, etc work). There is no way to edit within an IDE of choice.
  • Function for managing redirects was limited. This made site re-builds more time-consuming.
