Pros
- I have my own online store and I'm verry happy for that Cloudcard helps me a lot. It's easy to setup, Great options for quick delievery, so my customers are happy buyers too.
- Makes you feel special and appreciated. Not only the service itself is up to standard, but their blog provides you with excellent guides that will develop your business and help you expand.
- Easy to use, Perfect quality, Excellent support. The best software in the Bulgarian market.
Cons
- Now they told us - we have to pay for it. Technical issues are constant: wrong invoicing to the end consumer, no intergration with Facebook, no integrtation with post service.
- The webpage builder is easily the worst in the field.
- I'm new in business and do not have experience. Could be problems with translation of correspondence.
Pros
- Your customer care department is always extremely helpful. Not only do they help to resolve our issues they have always taken the time to educate us on different issues.
- Very easy to navigate, useful for all types of businesses. The features and functionality of this software is top quality and great valve for your money.
- This is the easiest and best EDI platform to work with that we have tried. Customer service is fantastic to.
Cons
- When it does not work, it is horrible to figure out why, and how to fix it.
- So many functions should be automatic, the new system Foundry proved to be worse than the last version. So many clicks until you arrive what you actually need.
- It stands alone and does not integrate into our accounting package.
