  • Pros

  • The modular panels are very helpful and the design is pretty intuitive when you're constructing your email. I don't typically like drag-and-drop functionalities but this one does it pretty well.
  • The functionality of the email campaigns are great and we feel like we're just scratching the surface when it comes to their capability.
  • Cons

  • Our organization is unsure of if this is a problem with the company or Gmail, but that is one obstacle we have come across.
  • The only complaint (and it really isn't a complaint) is that they don't have a local feel to them. We are in a tough market.

  • We use Web.com for website hosting and email. One of the best features that the software offers is that you are able to check business emails remotely from any computer with an Internet connection.
  • What I like most is the awesome support staff they have in place. Always there when I need them and always have the answers.
  • Cons

  • I tried to be patient but in November of last year they developed a problem on one of my eBay ids with eBay business policies which they claimed was actually ebay's issue.
  • The formatting is awful. Changing the font color and size never works properly the first time (for instance it will only change one letter when the entire sentence is highlighted).
