Pros/Cons
Pros
- I love the user accessibility and ease of use of the systems. We use multiple systems so I also love the integration between them.
- An OSH system that is cloud based, incase anything happens to our hard copy version. Lots of fast, friendly assistance (and news + updates) Great service, great product, great people.
- Highly recommend and from the background I have come from in 15 years in manufacturing and transport, can confidently say this is the best I have experienced.
Cons
- There is no communication on standard system updates/release notes, and at times we have seen things that were working have stopped working (users complained).
- A lot of the work is done for you automatically (such as counting lost days or restricted days for an injury).
- Being through multiple changes, there is no update sent to users. Maybe to administrators but not forwarded.
Pros
- My experience with the software has always been good, it is visual and easy to use and the customer service has always been excellent, quick and effective.
- Having access to this helps all areas keep their MSDS/SDS and chemical control in line by having the ability to know what chemicals/products are approved for use in the department.
- Excellent customer service and fantastic subscription service allowing consecutive users.
Cons
- It is difficult to get rid of old mistakes once you have added them onto the system, for example if you create a base control by mistake.
- Functionality can be difficult to understand and apply to individual business needs. Often there is a lack of support materials specific to the issue being encountered.
- I have yet to find anything about this software that would warrant a negative comment.
