Jotform is very easy to use, design your form, share the link and process the results. The most amazing is to format the answers in PDF.

On two occasions, I have lost hours of work despite saving religiously. I haven't been able to reproduce this so I can't report ti.

The only problem I have with this program is that uploading images into the document for submission is not always smooth.

When I was stuck at work with a database that was just terrible, I instead got jotform.

JotForm is easy to use and  has a beautiful dashboard to help  you track your form's performance.

I do not remember having anything I disliked about this software.

We had an issue with tracking Facebook conversions with JotForm, but I cannot think of any other dislikes.

Very good product, very interesting for a non-profit organization like ours. Easy to use, most of the problems are solved by helpdesk.

Found it to be quite fast to use and reliable. Not sure it's the best solution in market but was easy enough for the couple projects I used Jotform for.

I am very happy with the few forms we have gotten to share with our parish or parishioners.

Also, I like that it allows me to pause the contract to make edits which is great since every other contract service I've used makes me create a new agreement when needing to edit an active one.

Close tracking of activity helps identify when a client is ready to make a decision, as well as allow us to plan appropriate follow-ups.

It's fast and a pleasure to use. I even used the live chat on their website for support (which I'm pretty sure is not its intended purpose) and got an answer to my question in a few minutes.

There have been a few bugs when searching for signers, which has been inconvenient but there is typically always a work around.

It's actually difficult to find something I don't like, other than the price.

The software itself does not seem as intuitive as it appears. Some pics/symbols are confusing.

I do think that its a little difficult to get multiple people to sign one document.

I like the I can integrate Pacsafe directly into Salesforce. This allows everyone from Sales to Ops to have access to the information they need.
