Pros
- The web shield is excellent and the full system scan feature ensures that every corner of your system is properly scanned.
- Easy to use, and has password lock for changes in the software.
Cons
- It can be a bit trigger-happy when it comes to handling quarantine files , it usually goes straight to deletion. From time to time it also recognizes regular files as threats.
- I don't really have any complaints. But the auto-renew has caused me to be billed for multiples of the same product in the past.
Pros
- The set-up team was wonderful and continued that support through out the entire process from start to finish. We still have wonderful customer service reps.
- The customer service was excellent during my free trial and the instructions for set-up were easy to follow, even with limited tech knowledge.
Cons
- The primary downside was the cost associated with the email encryption service. It was too expensive for me as a single account user.
- I refer other businesses to Paubox and they have to leave a message or complete the contact us on the website, then someone calls them back.
