We have had a lot of issues with their cloud admin portal, either not working or being slow. Their reseller portal is also poor and could do with a re design.

Overall I would say my experience was mutual in a sense that it did its job but had hiccups here or there but was ultimately defeated by itself.

Not able to detect all viruses during computer scan. After entire scan, ESET shows warnings.

This was a slight problem that I didn’t expect. It also seems to run slow but it could be my configuration so I can’t be sure to blame the software yet.

There is no doubt its interface is attractive and useful. I love the entire protection system it provides.

The customer support is fantastic, and the product just works. I have even purchased the home version for myself.

I like how easy it is to set up and it integrates with our environment nicely. The cost was very reasonable versus many of its competitors.

When you receive a windows update the antivurus change the icon and can confuse with a problem with a virus.

I like the options to deploy and personalize the options of AV in the Organization, an the response of the support is superb!!! always want to help to deploy updates of AV or console.

Large footprint makes it indestructible to hackers. For the money it is awesome and customer service is excellent to work with when you renew your subscription.

Eset is really useful antivirus software for especially small and midsize businesses. It’s protection and detection features are strong and web console is user friendly.

They have gotten worst especially the Mgmt Console Version 7.x.x.

Sometimes fail to upgrade server side. Hard to implement user agents.

Data it is the most important in  today times - so the best  protection of computer by best software like ESET is  step to right direction.

The value for money is greater than Kaspersky, another antivirus product which I think is just as good as ESET. ESET is also easy to install and hassle-free.

The greatest benefit that ESET Endpoint Security has given me is the possibility of feeling secure at an affordable price.

The best thing about ESET is its attractive price point. It's a mature product and company, so that shows some stability.

Good Solid product, easy to use and set-up, will handle an environment from 5 users up to a couple of thousand.

First of all I like it because really keep your system and data safe and protected. Generally it is very nice organized and easy to use.

My computer works, I get updates, warnings when something is risky.

The product is incredibly intuitive, with a nice UI and the internal competition gives a nice incentive for all to keep be cautious about received emails. It is well integrated with the Google suite.

It's vibrant, easy to use and explains everything nicely. And of course the training emails are great.

I am enjoying the simulation emails a lot. Shows the creative ways of phisherman.

I am overall very satisfied with the product but I have noticed an instance where a HoxHunt training email appeared to be sent to spam  (which defeats the purpose).

Some of the emails look fake for you to know right away without using the software to process.

When the email is not sent from HoxHunt, an option appears to report the email as phishing or spam.

It was created as a game where you can sort of level up your phishing report skills, which are really stimulating and fun.

I like the general feel of the product, the mini game interface, and that is very fun to use. Also it gives me positive feel for the rest of the day.

I got it for free which was great. The software is very easy to use and because of the scoreboard it is actually quite fun.

Tis grand and user helpful and let's you know the score.

It's the best tool I have used recently which guides users using a real-world scenario and makes users aware of the dangers involved in simple-looking email/attachments/links etc.

I love Hoxhunt because it helps me training on finding malicious emails.

I really like the ease with which emails can be reported. The hox hunt button being integrated directly into outlook is perfect.

No con to think of - except marking legit emails as fraud when they are not.

Also you get 'punishment' for just missing a hoxhount mail (not reporting it and not opening it neither).

The software makes it fun to use even including a competitive element by keeping score. Not bombarded with quizzes and easy to report spam/phising.

Overall Hoxhunt has caused my team and I to be paranoid (in a good way) about suspicious emails. It's fun and interactive and integrates really well in our Outlook app.

The software is very user friendly and it helps you to learn a lot about the attacks.

It's compelling and intuitive. It makes you want to learn more.

Great tool to make others aware of all the different methods and extremes that people can go to.

And as a cherry on top, they give you gold stars for every phishing email you catch, and it puts you on a leaderboard between you and your coworkers.

Fun and interactive way to check for spam and phishing emails.

Does not tell you the emails you missed sadly and that would be useful.

It's actually fun and very easy to use (one-click button to report). By sending examples to your real inbox, it's very effective in training users to be suspicious of malicious emails.

More difficult scenarios, more content on the dashboard, an explanation as to how colleagues in my company have more stars than me for the month even though I haven't missed any.

Product is easy to use, provided explanation and base for training material.

The dashboard will show you if you missed Hoxhunt emails or clicked on malicious emails, but as far as I can tell, it doesn't actually show you which email you missed.

All we need to do is click a button to check if the email is part of Hoxhunt training or to report it as malicious, spam, or phishing.
