  • Pros

  • Easy Use and Customer Support is great. They do whatever we ask and suggest things we never even think of.
  • This is an extremely useful tool and I sincerely hope to never have to use outside of a drill. If the unlikely event ever happens, I am extremely thankful we have this.
  • Cons

  • Some staff had a hard time understanding how to log into it daily.
  • The cell phone apps did not work right. We couldn't communicate with eachother during drills or actual incidents because password were difficult.

  • The basic scheduling and employee management is very user friendly and easy to teach new users. I do like the chat feature, that has always been very helpful to me as well.
  • The ability of the software to be agnostic in integration is exceptional.
  • Cons

  • Mobile view is confusing and does not include all features of the desktop site.
  • Limited options for complex PTO policies & only has bi-weekly accruals.
