Easy to work with, looks great on my site and works fast, free for small sites, knowledgeable and friendly customer support. Dashboard to check searches - brilliant.

The only thing I don't like is that their logo shows on search results for, I think, all but super-premium level accounts.

Perhaps the back button/reload behaviour of the standard user interface is not very pleasing.
