Reporting is excellent and is not only used by our accounting staff, but also by our project management staff to monitor job performance and budget/cost comparisons.

Creative and useful DataGenie tools. All Modules are well integrate together.

Accounts Payable features are easy to use and data input in quick and easy, allows you to attached copies of the invoices so others can see what was shipped and invoiced.

Some areas are hard to taylor to our needs but tech finds a way around it.

The interface is very user friendly and running MS Query through the SQL database allows for many different reports.

Payroll system has some strengths. Customer service is very prompt and experienced.

The reports are easy to use and entering invoices, jobs, vendors and all that is easy. Their customer service is probably the best I have seen.

Ease of use, easy to learn on your own as I did. The support you get from Foundations is great.

This software is great for keeping all documents relating to a project in one spot. It links all the items I use daily to the project so I don't have to store them on my computer.

We were able to cut down to 2, comfortably. The modules are integrated perfectly and therefore double entry of items is no longer necessary.

Easy to setup and administer. Administration side is very intuitive and has many features.

Be prepared to be frustrated during training do to training sequence and poor explanation of why your doing steps.

QuickBooks by Intuit is a great accounting solution for small businesses as it is easy to use and has great support.

The update method and stability of the software is just poor. The file has to be repaired sometimes because it gets corrupted.

It can be a pain when you make a mistake and try to fix it. For some things, there are too many steps to fix the mistake.

Inventory  wtih the option to add photos and ability to connect my bank account are the best parts so far. Integration with a powerful CRM  (Method) that does not cost  a fortune.

This is absolutely ridiculous and appears to be by design. Shame on Intuit for this scheme to rip off its customers.

What I like the most about this super cool software is how easy it is to use compared to other softwares out there.

I am currently shopping for a different software and will be moving all my clients to that. I am extremely disappointed in the approach that was taken to hurt small businesses.

Sometimes the software will freeze up and I'll have to restart it to get it to work again. That is kinda annoying to have to do that.

I love the functionality of it and how user friendly it is. My favorite is integrating the bank and CC for easy reconciliation.

I don’t think there are any missing features or anything that I dislike  about this software.

If you switch from the online version to the desktop version, it can be difficult. Also, the data is not automatically backed up so you have a risk of losing your data.

This is the best software for all size organizations. I love that it integrates with my bank account and gives me clear reports with visuals.

The best part about QuickBooks was that it was online and we had the ability to work even though we were not on the office premises and it allowed us to work efficiently and effectively.
