Since past 6 months I am using the app and I am satisfied 90% with the ease of use and 100% with the functionalities integrated with the app.

This is the first time, the nominal of my expense and the one directly send to my account is different. I dont know where to blame, but i think there must be unsync to both happay and mandiri.

People do not cooperate, things didn't get update easily, because of people are suffering, a lot is need to be done.

I like the way we can request money- it is a good feature.

Good experience as it helps in managing travel and expense management.

M very new to this software but so far I have no negative comments to make and have found nothing to dislike.

Happy is very supportive of work operational costs. Starting from the input process that is easy to use until it gets manager's approval.

At some of your points, the app stuck. When I tried to go back, I just logged out which irritate me most.

Follow up process in terms of denial is difficult. Once the expense gets cancelled, its very difficult to keep a track of it for Approvals.

The mobile app for iOS not working is a major problem. Found it very difficult to use, specially logging in.

I love the ease they provide to fill the happy and claim it. It take around 20 days in reimbursement.

As a manager, it becomes very difficult for me to keep track of the report which is already actioned upon. In case I need to modify the same, it is not possible.

Get email after each and every approval from your superior. Money transfer is very smooth.

Oversee costs put together by workers, Good for Vendor Management. It helps in Employee Reimbursements.

User friendly, mobile app especially is very useful. Integrated cam function is useful in capturing pics and attaching the bills.

It helps excellent connectivity and faster means of the closure of requests - both in a mobile platform or desktop.

Honestly, I love the color schemes. It makes it very easy to use because of bold colors.

It has a lot of integration options (e.g., create tasks from Outlook email -- which is quite nice).

Wrike allowed me to structure my tasks and to follow my progress in the projects. This allows for better time management and the effect of the work accomplished is very beneficial.

Lastly,​ if it's​ not working out for you cancel the auto-renewal​ ASAP.

What I really hated about Wrike is how user unfriendly it is.

It's by far the best platform on the market- we looked at over ten. Great for creatives; love the Adobe Creative Cloud integration.

It is a very good tool to do collaborative work, we like it because it focuses on improving communication and keeping everyone attentive and integrated into the projects.

Overall I am happy, just reduce the cost and the reporting section and we would have a winning software.

I like that wrike provide us functions and tools to work in a easy way, I like that those functions with the graphic interface works really good and I like that you can use them to upgrade your work.

Wrike has come a long way and continues to grow. The fact that they start you off with very good features for free is a testament to their commitment to their user base.

Zero cost entry into project collaboration and organisation. Wrike is more powerful than Asana here because it does more for a lot less.

I like that I am abke to track time, issue and cost spent on projects in real-time with Wrike.

The flexibility and customisation makes it a bit confusing to start with, and I also found that the initial set up we had was not optimal.

We were very happy to see Wrike had a friendly and very usable interface that non-PM focused users could interact with easily.

The fact that I have to go into a submenu to close the panel is ridiculous.

Wrike was an awesome tool and allowed me to interact with other departments in such a smart way. The features offered made communication seamless and ensured that nothing fell through the cracks.

There was SO much on Wrike that it became hard to use and intimidating.

It also makes the relevant conversations and files more difficult to track down, since they might be lost in any of these subtasks.

There are some great features and modules. I think the software is capable of being a great tool in project management.

Expensive,  They offer NO REFUNDS, NO CREDIT, NO Contract options.

I really enjoyed some of the unique features like the robust reporting and the apps/integrations. The UI was also pleasant.

Annotating repetitive tasks is the best thing that I have experienced so far. Additionally, it is easy to track progress of work with Wrike.

I've been very sad and puzzled at the disconnect from what project planning and project management is, and the lack of desire to connect or find a solution for prospective customers.

A great do it all, would be the perfect tool if it wasn't for the price and reliability of the app.

Some limited features access the other management tools and need to pay for more use.

Good for managing high level projects and milestones. Gantt charts help visualize progress and keep our teams on top of their work.

The ease of use and access remotely and that I can get reports on each campaign from one soucre. It really save tome and money.

This software is great for collaborating on tasks with other colleagues. I like that I can set deadline dates and update the task anytime I want and the changes will be tracked.

It has excellent integration with Apple operating systems, both with Mac and iPhone, which allows us to be connected at all times.

The software is good, and we like the desktop user interface. The business has improved project management overall, and it was generally easy to implement.

Compared to nearly every other project management platform I've used it's by far the one with the worst UX.

The free option is very limited. No time tracking, no option for subtasks, and very limited storage included in.

Improved visualization of the actual workload capacity of the team. Folders can be created which are dedicated to be shared only with relevant team members.

The team at Wrike was so helpful getting us up and running and were very attentive to our needs. The software is easy to use, and provides great visibility on projects.

There isn't really a feature in Wrike I'd like to highlight, I think they're all awesome.

There is no warning system that reminds you of your pending tasks, and you only see them if you go into the app.

I like the waterfall management interface of Wrike. It also has a comprehensive pricing charts and nice third party apps integrations.

The customer service was good with an employee doing an initial walkthrough.

I like the reports and timetables that we can cooperate on preparing, which are effective and accurately express the percentage of completion of the project.

Another thing I like is the easiest way that Wrike integrates with other tools or apps like google, word, and excel.

Creation of workflow/roadmaps is very user friendly. Preset/automated workflow for frequently repeated tasks is very helpful.

An amazing tool to assist the team solve difficulties and plan ahead of time.
