Over the past couple of years our organization has struggled to report and utilize the data in our ERP.

It is extremely easy to use, it offers great templates to get you started and these are easily configurable and saved as new reports.

User friendly and great templates. Customer service is always very helpful to resolve any issue we may have.

There are some areas of the way the software works that make a small subset of reporting data very difficult to generate, especially in a multi column report.

Hubble makes monitoring my bakery easy and affordable. I can check on my employees and the state of my shop from anywhere and know that my business is running well.

We have been very happy with the service and have even noticed that more gets accomplished when the employees know that someone could be watching.

Integration and deployment was a little difficult, but that is to be expected given the complexity of our systems.

There is a lot of good information and it's very easy to use. The fact that users can reach out to other users is somethingbthat can come in very handy.

I love the ease of use and the easy learning curve. It is really easy to use and gives quite a bit of value back to the company through use.

In my experience I have been very pleased with the Insight software. If I have had an issue customer support has been excellent.

We've had some Excel issues when using Hubble on Citrix but other than that we have had no major issues. When we did run into issues, Hubble was available to solve our problem.

We are extremely pleased with the decision we made and it has allowed us to move from a reactive to a proactive business.

The ability to combine data from multiple tables, put in our own calculations and groupings so we don't have to do this in Excel is fantastic.

I love all of the formatting abilities that allow us to make the reports easy to read and professional looking. I love how easy it is to export the reports and customize the export options.

Would love to see more REM templates/functionality. The customer support is one of the best parts of purchasing Hubble.

Best customer service and software that is so intuitive to the users, we rarely have questions on how to create.

Extracting the report takes time as to open grouping level accounting code it requires clicking on each head individually. Also chances of missing any head to open is high.

Hubble really increased our financial reporting capabilities within the organization.

Missing price on a sales order, wrong G/L class code, negative inventory quantities are just few which we use.

The ease with which we can set up reports, modify and publish them is fantastic.

All information can be easily retrieved once easy parameters are setup. Budgeting is also much more fun using Hubble.

I am using Hubble Edition 2 (Web), the visualization is good and easy to create.

Screens where you get to choose the fields and filters are small and after a while it is a strain on the eyes.

I don't use the application but I have heard great feedback from finance. We recently switched our licensing model to include all modules which is great.

Its hard to say what I don't like about the product or vendor.

The integration and interface make for a good user experience that is flexible enough to meet most users' needs.

It is a great interface for time tracking, generating part specific costs and reports.

The product is very user friendly and powerful. The APS is a great tool for scheduling.

You can’t move it, either because it’s not the active window. The cut/paste form fill interface is very difficult to decipher and almost impossible to use if you don't have an insert button.

The flexibility to mold it to our specific needs in our plant processes makes my job easier and the company more efficient. The people in Global Shop are so willing to help, they are wonderful.

Also, the support team is absolutely wonderful to deal with and very helpful anytime I have questions on how to better our system.

It's flexible software with continuous upgrades, and they have responsive employees. It's a good, solid company with good values.

The one thing that annoys me the most is limited number of characters that can be used when making a new item number in inventory.

This is an issue for those clocking in and out. Errors messages are a problem.

It is such a great added benefit and has been useful many times when I want to learn different modules and functions.

Supply and Demand with Edit is great. Makes navigation painless and easy as far as the manufacturing side.

It's a great idea, but the user interface is cumbersome to use and less intuitive than a bag of bricks.

Overwriting is GSS’s default action and there is no control-z function to correct any mistake, should you happen to overwrite what was in the field.

My favorite feature is the option to build fully customized modules ourselves and even have the ability to download custom modules made for other customers.

The GS team is great to work with and solves my questions in a very short time. They are a great team to work with.

Their customer support team is also wonderful to deal with and very helpful.

HR management system of Global Shop Solution. Reporting of GSS is well defined.

Most all of the program. If you have a problem in one module, it can affect all the others and make your life miserable.

This product it’s great it helped my company to have a better control of our inventory. Keeping track of it was a lot more work.

The support staff is very friendly and always willing to do what it takes to resolve an issue or point you in the right direction to a new feature/function you may need.

This software allows for company growth. It's a fully integrated solution that is extremely reliable.

What I dislike about this software is the learning required upfront to navigate through this ERP package.

Global Shop has given our company a wonderful infrastructure for cost evaluation and reporting. It is also wonderful at time tracking for employee time on machines, jobs, or process.

The support team is wonderful, I would highly recommend this product.

At first, I'm slightly confused in some features but I figure it out when I watched the tutorials.

It's been great to see all the new features and modern enhancements they have been putting in recently. It does an excellent job tracking our manufacturing costs and getting things scheduled on-time.

It is also excellent at helping identify costing issues and looking at where improvements can be made organization-wide.

The GS system was very helpful in terms of production planning, inventory, capacity and monitoring of the items, status and finished date.

GSS is a complete system with great integration between, manufacturing, accounting, quality and engineering all with great customer support and always with an eye on the future.
