Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The system looks nice, loads quickly, and is user friendly

  • It’s easy to use and has great features. I like that it drops candidates/leads in your lap versus you having to go out and find them. The live chat function is also a top feature.

  • Cons

  • * It took a little bit of trial and error to get the right configuration/ balance between adequate time for chats vs. maximizing the amount of touches with prospective candidates across an event.

  • Support is VERY poor. Common response is a macro. Booth/candidate line counts are not functioning as designed. Booth scheduling is needed to set interview.

  • Pros

  • It seems very user friendly and has a lot of features for the price. Customer service is excellent.

  • Fairly simple to use. Support was available and responsive. Love being able to sell specific seats.

  • Cons

  • Mobile app is the only con, but can be fixed with a few things. It won't allow you to make edits to events nor see guest lists. With these two fixes it could be perfect.

  • I would prefer that all reports be available in PDF and excel format. While excel format was great, it was hard to look at on my smart phone.
